1. Service Description

CallClerk provides AI-powered virtual receptionist services including call answering, appointment booking, and call management for businesses.

2. Account Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate business information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Billing & Cancellation

Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

4. Usage Limits

Each plan includes a set number of calls per month. Calls exceeding your plan limit are billed at the per-call rate specified in your plan. You will receive alerts at 80% and 100% usage.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CallClerk for illegal purposes, harassment, or automated spam calling. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

CallClerk is provided “as-is.” We are not liable for missed calls, incorrect information provided by the AI, or any indirect damages arising from use of the service.
